1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Provider App offers the following services:
- Bill Payments: Airtime, data, electricity, and cable TV subscriptions.
- Airtime to Cash: Conversion of mobile airtime into cash.
- Virtual Dollar Cards: Creation and funding of virtual cards for international payments.
- Event Ticketing: Purchase of tickets for physical events.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your password and transaction PIN.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Financial Transactions
A. Fees and Charges
We may charge fees for certain transactions (e.g., "Airtime to Cash" processing fees, card creation fees). All fees are clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction.
B. Airtime to Cash
The conversion rate for "Airtime to Cash" is subject to change based on market conditions. You agree to the rate displayed at the time of the transaction. We are not responsible for airtime sent to the wrong number or network.
C. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital goods (airtime, data), transactions are generally final and non-refundable once delivered. Refunds for failed transactions will be automatically reversed to your wallet.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the app for:
- Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
- Money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism.
- Sending airtime from stolen SIM cards or fraudulent sources.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
6. Event Tickets
Provider App acts as a platform for event organizers to sell tickets. We are not responsible for the organization, cancellation, or quality of the events. Refunds for cancelled events are subject to the organizer's policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Provider App, its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
