Provider NG App account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your Provider NG App account directly from the app. This page explains the steps, what is deleted, and what may be retained for legal, security, dispute, audit, or regulatory reasons.

Request deletion in the app

Follow these steps in Provider NG App to deactivate your account and request deletion of eligible account data.

Log in

Open Provider NG App and sign in to your account.

Go to Security

Navigate to Settings Security.

Delete Account

Tap Delete Account and follow the prompts.

Data deleted

We delete or anonymize eligible account profile data, app preferences, saved support details, and other personal data that is no longer required to provide the service or meet legal obligations.

Data we may keep

Some records may be retained where required for compliance, security, fraud prevention, tax, audit, dispute handling, or financial reporting. This can include transaction and ledger records, KYC or verification records, security logs, support history, and admin activity logs.

Retention period

Deletion requests are reviewed and processed within 30 days where possible. Records that must be retained are kept only for the period required by applicable law, regulation, fraud prevention, audit, or dispute resolution needs, generally up to 5 years after account closure unless a longer period is legally required.
